Our Scope of Services Include the following :

  • Single point of contact for Owners and Tenants.
  • Finding a Tenant for the property. We would advertise on the Owner’s behalf on our website and other media. Furthermore will co-broke with other agents as well, thereby allowing the least time for the property to be vacant.
  • Lease Administration and Management/Comprehensive Lease Negotiation(Preparation of Lease Agreements, according to the Owner’s and Tenants requirements) Ensuring that all the terms are met and also assisting in monitoring rental payments.
  • Ensuring that the Tenant’s requirements are met-once the Lease is signed we would assist in ensuring the tenant is provided with everything they have requested, as agreed upon with the Owner including telephone lines, internet services, and Cable TV services etc. Will also assist the Owner in purchasing furnishings for the Condominium Unit.
  • Coordinating with the Juristic person of the building, assisting in paying Maintenance Costs while you are away, assisting Tenants in getting acquainted with the Juristic person.
  • Assisting the Owner in carrying out minor to major repairs, such as repainting the condominium unit, repairing and replacing any faulty appliances or equipment.
  • Ensure that there is regular communication- that there is regular updated information, about the status of the property or any important issues, or special requests from the Tenants or Juristic person.
