Lease Terms: One to two years
Deposit: Two months (some places require three months especially for
houses)
Penalty if Lease Agreement is broken:the Owner would forfeit the deposit payment, if this takes place during the first year of the lease.
Diplomatic Clause maybe negotiated in depending on the Owner, this clause is applicable usually after the 1st year of the Lease Agreement and allows the Tenant to leave, with prior notice, due to a transfer and written proof must be provided to the Owner as well.
Additional Charges: Water, Electricity,Cable TV, Telephone, Internet Services
Most Landlords prefer to sign contracts to be in a personal name than a Company Name. In case of the latter, an additional tax payment has to be added onto the base rental payment.
Most Rental agreements are divided into three parts-
1. Space Rental
2. Furniture Rental
3.Management/Service
Upon signing a contract it is not usual for the Owner or Tenant to use a lawyer.
